Dear Member’s Council, Dear Board of Directors of FDI Co., Ltd and Dear FDI family.
First of all, I would like to send my warmest greetings and appreciation to all of you for attending the 22nd ceremony of FDI .
On the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of FDI establishment, I am honored to be here to share and evaluate the business results, development and future orientation of FDI .
Looking at the ballroom today, with the presence and enjoyment of the distinguished guests, of colleagues from SF/KLN/KART, my beloved offsprings, my affectionate friends, and the full attendance of FDI staff from 4 offices, I am truly touched and feeling boundless ecstasy, it’s really hard to describe in words, but it is a true happiness that I will never forget in my whole life.
FDI has 04 mainly operating offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong and Da Nang, these offices are located in modern and convenient office buildings. FDI has 232 staff as recorded Apr 2025 in which it has 160 staff with over 05 years experiences ratio 70% of total FDI staff. In 2024 FDI ‘s Revenue is VND 1.099 billions, paid company income tax VND 44 billions . The average revenue growth from 2003 to 2024 is 129%.
During the 22 years of formation and development, we have always wondered what to do to contribute as much as possible to the development of the family economy and the national economy. With a burning desire and dream, we have worked and learned from experience to have the right direction for FDI development. The 22 years journey of determination, perseverance and effort, always being polite and respectful to customers, always keeping promises to customers and partners. That is why FDI has overcome all difficulties and achieved many proud achievements, thanks to which the FDI brand has been changed into a new look.
To achieve the above achievements, it is all relying on the efforts of the Board of Directors throughout 22 years, the manager team / key staff at the HCM head office and 3 branches who have been with us for more than 15 years, and today FDI Hai Phong celebrates its 15th anniversary as an evidence, in addition, we must mention the young, enthusiastic human resources with a sense of responsibility for work, enthusiastic about the company’s cultural activities. This is the achievement of a united, trusting and cooperative collective. In today’s celebration, on behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to respectfully honor all employees who have contributed to the overall development of FDI.
The increasing achievements in planning and growth of FDI are also thanks to the trust and companionship of customers, domestic and foreign partners, and KLN Group. We sincerely thank all of you for your cooperation with FDI Company and hope you will continue to contribute in the future.
Future orientation: FDI belongs to KLN Group and KLN is in the top 10 global freight forwarding and logistics companies, so FDI will develop according to the general trend of KLN Group, not only developing all products and services under construction but also capturing the development trends of industries in Vietnam and globally, certainly the Company will not only affirm its own existence but also affirm its strong and sustainable development in the future.
Regarding the plan, FDI strives to maintain annual revenue and profit growth of 20% to 30%, upgrading the human resource system so that the next generation is always ready to take action.
A wish for the future is to carry out the development trend and strategy so that the KLN‘s boat can go far to Ocean including FDI. All FDI members are always united in carrying out the mission: “FDI PRIDE, REACHING FOR DREAMS”.
I would like to thank all guests, the Board of Directors and all members of FDI for listening to my speech. I wish all guests, the Board of Directors and all employees of FDI good health, happiness and success.
